MIDWEEK CLASSES

The following classes are weekly. They can all be booked on this website and are included in the 10 class pass.

Monday | 7:45-8:30am

MORNING QUICKIE

Not too much fuss, just a quickie! A straight-forward flow through a selection of the Primary Series to start the week with a strong body and mind. Mixed-level class, all welcome.

Monday | 7:15-8:15pm

ASHTANGA FOUNDATIONS

Exploring the first half of the Primary Series. Suitable for beginners or those wanting to focus on the foundations.

Thursday | 7:45-8:30am

WEEKEND CLASSES

There will usually be one weekend class each week - either a led Half or Full Primary Series on a Saturday, or a Self-Practice or Improvers class on a Sunday. Check the booking page or app for upcoming dates. All are included in the 10 class pass.

Saturday | 9:00-10:15am

HALF PRIMARY SERIES

A chance to put it all together and flow through the first half of the sequence (up to navasana). For students familiar with the standing sequence or more.

Saturday | 9:00-10:30am

FULL PRIMARY SERIES

A chance to put it all together and flow through the full sequence! For students practising for 6 months or more, and familiar with at least the first half of the Primary Series.

Sunday | 9:30-10:45am

ASHTANGA IMPROVERS

A 75-minute class for those wanting to deepen their ashtanga practice. For students practising ashtanga for 6 months or more and familiar with the first half of the Primary Series.

Sunday | 9:30-11:00

MYSORE SELF-PRACTICE

Like a private class in a small group setting. Work through part or all of the sequence in your own time. This frees me up to observe and offer personal feedback and help. Ideal for any level - I'll guide you through if you're not sure what to do. Class spaces are limited.

STUDIO CLASSES

These classes are weekly and are hosted by yoga studios. Booking and payment are not via this website - click on the links below to book.

Wednesday | 5:45-6:45pm

ASHTANGA MIXED LEVEL

A mid-week reset at Shanti Bee in Heaton. Mixed level class - suitable for beginners or those wanting to focus on the foundations. Booking via Shanti Bee website.

Friday | 6:00-7:00pm

ASHTANGA MIXED LEVEL

A strong class to end the week and start the weekend! Mixed level class at The Modern Yoga in Gosforth. Booking via The Modern Yoga website.
