I am a 250hr qualified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance.

The classes I teach are Ashtanga style, which is a traditional style of yoga combining breath with movement. Ashtanga yoga is based on an intelligent set sequence of postures, which purifies and strengthens the body and mind. You will explore your physical and emotional limits, and use your breath to keep a calm and steady mind throughout. 

My classes are based on the Ashtanga Primary Series and are suitable for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners. We will work through the familiar sequence in a flow with a focus on one particular area or posture to help deepen your practice.
